	Courier Responsible for the pickup and delivery of samples from SGS clients to SGS laboratory for testing.
	Laboratory Analyst Prepares and analyzes samples with accuracy and precision in accordance to SGS’ analytical SOPs. The Laboratory Analyst works independently and as part of a team to meet daily production targets and ensure hold times and turnaround times are met. The Laboratory Analyst understands and applies basic analytical chemistry principles. The Laboratory Analyst always follows safe laboratory practices and maintains a safe working environment.
	Laboratory Technician Prepare samples with accuracy and precision in accordance with SGS’ SOPs. The Lab Technician works independently and as part of a team to meet daily production targets and ensures hold times and turnaround times are met. The Lab Technician ensures best quality through adherence to all policies, procedures, and quality verifications. The Lab Technician always follows safe laboratory practices and maintains a safe working environment.
	Project Manager Assistant A key member of the Client Services Team, serving as a client advocate and laboratory liaison. The Project Manager Assistant provides support within a functional group of Project Managers. This role is responsible for assisting with bottle orders, change orders, login review, subcontracting, and PTO coverage.
	Sample Management Technician Primary responsibilities are to greet clients, receive samples, prepare bottle kits or sample media for clients, deliver samples to the labs, dispose of expired samples, and work in shipping and receiving. The Sample Management Technician is responsible for following all health and safety procedures and promoting a safe working environment throughout the department and the laboratory.
